Veggie Macaroni and Cheese
What toddler doesn’t love mac and cheese?! If I’m being honest, I love it too, and I sometimes share a box with my toddler. No shame!
Oftentimes parents associate boxed mac and cheese with being ‘bad’, but it really doesn’t have to be viewed as bad. It’s just food. And sometimes a quick box of mac and cheese is what works for a busy afternoon or evening.
But here’s my secret: add a handful of frozen peas at the very end of boiling the noodles. Chances are your kiddo will eat them right up.
