These frozen banana sprinkle pops are one of the easiest and tastiest treats you can make with your kiddos! This treat takes minutes to prepare and is secretly healthy too.
Frozen Banana Sprinkle Pops
Mmmmmm these frozen banana sprinkle pops really are quite a treat. They are made with just 3 ingredients and can be constructed in minutes. These banana pops are so good that I totally will be adding them to our regular ‘treat’ rotation in our house.
What’s really great is that they taste like a sinful treat, but are actually quite healthy. I like that you can really make them your own too, by subbing ingredients, such as drizzling peanut butter or other nut butters on top.
If you wanted to make it more of a dessert, you could even drizzle melted chocolate on them. And of course, you could always switch up the type and color of sprinkles. I like the idea of using seasonally festive sprinkles on these for certain holidays! I’ll for sure be making some Valentine’s Day edition banana pops with heart sprinkles in our future.

What You Need For Frozen Banana Sprinkle Pops
For this recipe you just need a couple of ingredients / supplies.
- ripe bananas
- yogurt (I used vanilla Greek yogurt)
- sprinkles
- plastic sticks, such as cake pop sticks or wooden stir sticks
That’s it!
How To Make Frozen Banana Sprinkle Pops
- Prepare a sheet pan by covering it with parchment paper. Set it aside.
2. Peel your bananas and slice your bananas in half, so that you have two ends per banana.
3. Set out two bowls. One bowl should have your yogurt and the other bowl should have sprinkles in it.
4. Stick your cake pop sticks into your banana ends to create a banana popsicle
5. Spread each banana popsicle with yogurt, covering all surfaces of the bananas. Use a spatula, spoon, or your hands! Whatever works to evenly coat all sides.
6. Cover the yogurt with sprinkles and evenly coat all sides.
7. Lay each popsicle on your prepared pan.
8. Freeze for about an hour or until yogurt is frozen onto the popsicles.
9. Take out of freezer and enjoy!!
Enjoy!
My kiddo (and me!) are now obsessed with these frozen banana sprinkle pops. We made them together (warning – sprinkles get messy when a toddler is involved). Henry had a lot of fun doing his role – which was covering the bananas in sprinkles. And also eating sprinkles straight out of the bowl, haha! Whether you let your kiddo join you in the kitchen for this one or not is totally up to you. Either way, they will enjoy eating these tasty treats!
