Inside: Dirt Cake Worm Cups are a classic fun Halloween treat that your kids will absolutely love! Find out how to create this spooky, yummy Halloween dessert.
It’s officially that time of year for all things spooky! It’s so fun to get into the Halloween spirit when you have children in the house. All of the holidays (even the little ones) are so much more fun with kids.
These dirt cake worm cups are not only totally spooky and fun – but OMG they are SO good. The dirt cake is absolutely delicious and dangerously addicting and I’m so happy that I stumbled upon ShugarySweets.com – I can’t wait to try more of her recipes!
What You Need for Dirt Cake Worm Cups
- clear plastic cups
- gummy worms (we chose the neon sugar coated ones!)
- Dirt Cake ingredients via ShugarySweets.com
How To Make Dirt Cake Worm Cups
- Follow instructions for making the pudding portion of the Dirt Cake here via ShugarySweets.com.
- Then, to make your dirt cake cups, put a thin layer of crushed Oreos at the bottom of each cup, then a medium layer of pudding, topping with another thin layer of crushed Oreos.
- Lastly, add a few creepy gummy worms on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
This recipe makes a TON! If you’re not hosting a party, I’d recommend making a handful of individual cups and then layering the rest in 1-2 loaf pans, a 9X13 pan, or a 8X8 square pan – you really can be flexible with sizing! Just use whatever you have on hand.
